RhAPP 2021 Heath and Safety Hub
Welcome to the RhAPP 2021 Health and Safety Hub. This webpage is regularly updated with information about plans for health and safety protocols for attendees, exhibitors, and staff on-site at the 2021 RhAPP National Conference.
RhAPP is monitoring the evolving public health guidance regarding large gathering settings and will continue to provide updates and additional guidance. We ask all attendees, exhibitors, and event staff to follow all applicable regulations and make informed choices about travel, onsite, and external engagement.
On-Site Health and Safety Measures
The following protocols will be in place during the RhAPP National Conference:
Attendees, exhibitors, and staff must complete an on-site wellness survey confirming compliance with all health and safety protocols and vaccination status.
Facial coverings will be mandatory while indoors and at attendance to the event(s)
All attendees, exhibitors, and staff should:
Not enter the event if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms
Wash hands often with soap for at least 20 seconds and/or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
Avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouths with unwashed hands
