RhAPP Conference | Call for Abstracts

RhAPP invites you to submit an abstract for the 2024 National Conference. This opportunity is open to all advanced practice providers (APPs) and is a unique opportunity to have your work peer-reviewed by APP experts in the field. Please see the below information for details on how to submit an abstract.

Submission Deadline: Monday, July 8, 2024

Acceptance Notification: Friday, July 26, 2024

  1. Rheumatoid Arthritis

  2. Non-Radiograph Axial Spondyloarthritis

  3. Osteoarthritis

  4. Vasculitis

  5. Ankylosing Spondylitis

  6. Psoriatic Arthritis

  7. System Lupus Erythematosus

  8. Gout/Crystal Arthropathies

  9. Pediatric Rheumatology

  10. Osteoporosis

  11. Sjögren’s Syndrome

  12. Polymyalgia Rheumatica

                                               

Submissions should be submitted via the 2024 RhAPP National Conference Abstract Form.

Abstract Formatting Instructions

  • Limit abstracts to one page, typed in 12-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced with one-inch margins, and left justified. 

  • Organize the abstract into Background/Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Define all abbreviations. Include the abstract category, abstract title, full names and institutional affiliations of all authors, and email address of the corresponding author at the top of the abstract. 

  • Underline the name of the presenting author. Abstracts must not contain copyrighted material unless permission has been obtained by the author. Indicate at the bottom of the page if the abstract has been presented elsewhere and at what meeting. 

  • Submitted abstracts not meeting the above specifications will be returned.

​Poster Instructions

Awarded poster abstracts should be printed using landscape orientation (36 inches high x 48 inches wide).  Posters will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall for the duration of the conference without a formal poster presentation.  Authors do not need to be present at the conference.
